Automatic phoropter Nidek RT-3100

The RT-3100 combines the ease of automatic refraction with accurate performance and consistent results – regardless of the user. The built-in printer supports your daily practice of eyeglass prescription. In addition, data can be linked via the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) to other NIDEK devices, such as autorefractometers or keratometers. At the touch of a button, you can compare the data from your usual prescription with the refraction values determined.
The compact and ergonomic design of the RT-3100 Smart Refractor keeps the patient’s face clear and allows for comfortable operation.
Ergonomic design
Thanks to its ergonomic and compact design, the phoropter only partially covers the subject’s face, thus allowing for comfortable refraction tests.
Quick and quiet lens replacement
Thanks to the quick and quiet lens change, the test subject is able to better remember and compare their visual impressions.
Comparison between subjective refraction results and previous spectacle prescriptions is possible
Following subjective refraction, the difference between the correction currently being worn and the correction actually required can be conveniently demonstrated to the patient at the touch of a button.
Intuitive to use: the touchscreen and the multifunction button
The multifunction button allows the sphere, cylinder and axis to be adjusted. The corresponding values are set by turning the button. The direction of rotation can be freely selected when ordering. The modern touchscreen offers intuitive operation. When performing cylinder alignment, you can quickly switch between Type 1 and Type 2 questioning (hold and turn questioning).
Removable and easy-to-clean forehead and cheek supports
The support pads on the phoropter (forehead and cheek pads) can be easily removed and cleaned.
