Heidelberger Multi-Colour Anomaloscope
The HMC Anomaloscope is a microprocessor-controlled device for the precise diagnosis of colour vision defects in the red/green range (Rayleigh equation) and in the blue/green range (Moreland equation), with integrated automatic neutral tuning.
The HMC Anomaloscope is used to screen for colour vision deficiency; it is suitable for colour testing in accordance with the FeV and complies with DIN 6160.
HMC anomaloscope for colour diagnosis
- In the red/green range in accordance with the Rayleigh equation
- In the blue/green range in accordance with the Moreland equation
- Suitable for colour vision testing in accordance with the Driving Licence Regulations (FeV)
- Adjustable automatic neutral colour rendering (comparable to standard illuminant C) during the test observation
- Observation of the test field at a standard angle of 2°
- Optional: 4° optical attachment for test field magnification (Moreland equation)
Including software module
To get the most out of the HMC anomaloscope, connect a PC or laptop to the serial port using the specially developed HMC software, which is Windows-compatible. This enables OCULUS to allow you to save, manage and compare your patient data and examination results. This software can also be integrated into standard practice software modules.
You can monitor the progress of the examinations and view the latest findings directly on the graphic display, and specify the next step in the examination.
Options in detail
The Heidelberg Multi-Colour Anomaloscope is available in two different versions:
